The Deli Platter

Design Brief: To redesign The Deli Platter website and incorporate an online shop that could simplify the ordering process.

Challenge: The previous ordering process was complicated with customers emailing questions and phoning the shop to order food. This doubled the work for Tricia. She wanted to streamline the process through a fresh, modern website.

Solution: The new website has an online shop where customers can order hampers, platters and gift cards. They can choose a date and time to pick up their hampers and even hire baskets. The orders are clear and easy to manage and as a result, fewer customers need to contact Tricia with questions and requests. 

Feedback: Tricia had several sales on the first day of the website launch. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, saying it is simple to navigate and easy to place orders.
